Cenforce is an oral medication used to improve erections in men. The drug is based on Sildenafil citrate, the same ingredient contained in the famous Viagra. Cenforce is produced by The Centurion Laboratories company, which is notable for its quality drugs for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Cenforce is available to order online in 50, 100, 150, and 200 mg dosages.
The well-known drugs, such as Viagra or Cialis, have been considered the first-line medicines for the treatment of erection problems for several decades. Nowadays, the new affordable medication, such as Cenforce successfully replace the old expensive brands.
In most cases, the recommended starting dose of Cenforce is 50 mg. If the patient doesn’t achieve the desired effect, the dosage can be raised to 100 mg.
Always consult your doctor before changing the dosage.

Doses in cases of liver dysfunction
Cenforce does not negatively affect the liver and does not require dose adjustment for mild to moderate lesions. In studies of patients with liver failure, it was recorded only an insignificant effect on the pharmacodynamics of the active ingredient of the drug. On average, in people with mild to moderate liver failure, the elimination half-life of the medicine was 20–40% longer, so doses for patients with liver failure should be no more than 50 mg of sildenafil per day.
Recommended doses in cases of impaired renal function
The pharmacokinetics of the drug does not change after a single dose of 50 mg of sildenafil with moderate and mild renal failure. Changes in the pharmacokinetics of sildenafil were observed only in volunteers with a terminal form of renal failure (creatinine clearance of 30 ml/min or less).
Interaction with alcohol
Combining Cenforce and alcohol is not recommended. When taking drugs with a lot of alcohol, patients may experience headache, dizziness, redness of the eyes, fainting, increased heart rate and a feeling of heat in the skin of the face. However, alcohol does not affect the metabolism and systemic activity time (AUC) of sildenafil. The consumer should limit or avoid drinking alcohol during treatment with sildenafil.
